Amends 52 O.S. 2011, Section 527 regarding measurement of natural gas to update statutory references from "Sections 2 and 3 of this act" to "Sections 525 and 526 of this title."

Permits parties to substitute an hour meter on an engine in place of a natural gas meter as an alternative method for measuring gas consumption when all parties agree.

Updates language from "act" to "title" to reflect current statutory structure and codification practices.

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval rather than on a delayed date.
