SB 1419 Summary

• Amends 69 O.S. 2011, Section 316 regarding certification of county road mileage by the Transportation Commission to the Oklahoma Tax Commission by June 1st annually.

• Clarifies that county road mileage includes streets or roads in municipalities with populations under 2,500 and other streets/roads in municipalities under 5,000 that counties have agreed to construct, maintain, or repair.

• Changes reference from "said county" to "the county" when describing roads removed from the State Highway System and returned to county road systems.

• Becomes effective November 1, 2014.
