Amends 21 O.S. 2011, Section 388 to criminalize attempts to influence jurors, arbitrators, referees, judicial or ministerial officers, umpires, assessors, or other persons authorized to hear disputes.

Changes the offense from a misdemeanor to a felony punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment, a fine not to exceed $5,000, or both.

Makes language gender neutral by replacing masculine pronouns with "or her" throughout the statute.

Covers five methods of impermissible influence: oral/written communication, exhibits, threats, promises of advantage, and publishing statements about the case.

Effective date is November 1, 2014.
