Amends Oklahoma's Sex Offenders Registration Act (57 O.S. 2011, Section 582) to add Section 748 (human trafficking for commercial sex) as a crime requiring sex offender registration.

Applies registration requirements to persons convicted, who received suspended sentences, or are on probation/parole for human trafficking for commercial sex offenses committed after November 1, 1989.

Extends registration requirements to persons convicted of human trafficking for commercial sex in other states, federal courts, tribal courts, military courts, or foreign courts whose offense would qualify under Oklahoma law.

Requires removal from the sex offender registry of all persons registered solely under Section 741 (unless offense involved sexual abuse or exploitation) effective on the bill's passage date.

Effective date: November 1, 2014.
