• Amends Section 9 of the workers' compensation law (85A O.S. Supp. 2013) to clarify that no agreement by an employee to pay any portion of the employer's workers' compensation premium is valid.

• Modifies language by changing "such" to "these" when referring to deductions from employee pay for workers' compensation purposes.

• Makes it a misdemeanor for any employer to make deductions from an employee's pay for workers' compensation premium costs.

• Effective date: November 1, 2014.
