Amends Section 9 of the Workers' Compensation Act (85A O.S. Supp. 2013) to clarify that employees cannot be required to pay any portion of workers' compensation insurance premiums paid by their employer.

Replaces the word "such" with "these" when referring to deductions from employee pay for workers' compensation purposes, providing more precise language.

Makes it a misdemeanor offense for any employer who deducts workers' compensation premium amounts from an employee's wages in violation of this provision.

Becomes effective November 1, 2014.
