Amends 40 O.S. 2011, Section 61 to clarify language regarding disclosure of employee job performance information to prospective employers.

Allows current or former employers to disclose employee job performance information upon request of prospective employers with employee consent, or upon request of the employee themselves.

Permits state agencies to disclose employee job performance information to other state agencies that are prospective employers without requiring employee consent.

Provides employers with presumption of good faith immunity from civil liability for performance disclosures, unless the employer knowingly provided false information or acted with malice or reckless disregard for truth.

Effective July 1, 2014 with emergency declaration for immediate implementation.
