Amends 70 O.S. 2011, Section 1-101 to update the statutory title and language of the Oklahoma School Code

Changes the reference from "This act" to "Section 1-101 et seq. of this title" to clarify the scope of the Oklahoma School Code

Updates statutory language to state the code "shall be known and may be cited" as the Oklahoma School Code instead of prior language

Effective date: July 1, 2014

Declares an emergency so the act takes effect immediately upon passage and approval
