• Amends 21 O.S. 2011, Section 12.1 regarding minimum sentencing requirements for certain felony offenses.

• Changes reference from "Section 30 of this act" to "Section 13.1 of this title" to correct statutory cross-reference language.

• Maintains requirement that persons convicted of listed felony offenses committed on or after March 1, 2000 must serve not less than 85% of their imposed sentence.

• Continues prohibition on parole eligibility and earned credits that would reduce sentence length below 85% of the imposed sentence.

• Takes effect November 1, 2014.
