Senate Bill 1549 Summary

• Updates the statutory reference in 57 O.S. 2011, Section 38.1 from "the Oklahoma Community Sentencing Act" to "Section 988.1 et seq. of Title 22 of the Oklahoma Statutes"

• Maintains the state's commitment to provide county jail incarceration funding for disciplinary sanctions for eligible felony offenders at the rate of $24.00 per day per person

• Applies to jurisdictions where the local community sentencing system is receiving state funds

• Becomes effective November 1, 2014
