• Amends 37 O.S. 2011, Section 504 of the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act to clarify the scope of alcoholic beverages regulated under the Act.

• Exempts alcohol produced for use as a motor fuel under a State Department of Agriculture permit from coverage under the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act.

• Explicitly states that all other alcoholic beverages are subject to provisions of the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, Section 501 et seq.

• Becomes effective November 1, 2014.
