• Amends 21 O.S. 2011, Section 12.1 regarding minimum sentencing requirements for felony offenders.

• Changes reference from "Section 30 of this act" to "Section 13.1 of this title" for the list of covered felony offenses.

• Requires persons convicted of specified felonies committed on or after March 1, 2000 to serve at least 85% of their imposed sentence before parole eligibility.

• Prohibits earned credits and other sentence-reducing mechanisms that would allow serving less than 85% of the imposed sentence.

• Effective date of November 1, 2014.
