SB 1603 Summary

• Creates the "Veterans Recovery Plan Revolving Fund" in the State Treasury for the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs as a continuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations.

• Fund shall consist of monies apportioned to it pursuant to provisions in an unspecified Enrolled Senate Bill of the 2nd Session of the 54th Legislature.

• All monies accruing to the fund are appropriated for use by the Department for veterans treatment as provided by law, with expenditures made by warrant issued by the State Treasurer.

• Declares an emergency effective upon passage and approval, allowing immediate implementation of the fund.
