Amends 72 O.S. 2011, Section 63.4 relating to the War Veterans Commission and validity provisions

Updates reference from "this act" to "Section 63.1 et seq. of this title" in the severability clause

Clarifies legislative intent that each part of the War Veterans Commission statutory framework is separately enacted

Provides that if any section becomes unconstitutional, remaining portions remain valid

Effective date: November 1, 2014
