Senate Bill 1617 Summary

• Amends 70 O.S. 2011, Section 4307 regarding reporting requirements for Oklahoma higher education institutions.

• Requires colleges and universities in the Oklahoma State System of Higher Education to submit enrollment and educational information reports to the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education as prescribed.

• Changes archaic language by replacing "said" with "the" when referring to the Regents.

• Becomes effective November 1, 2014.
