• Amends 63 O.S. 2011, Section 1-2212 relating to the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Act to clarify definitions of key terms

• Changes the definition of "State Long-Term Care Ombudsman" from "individual" to "person" employed by the Department of Human Services as the chief administrative officer

• Clarifies that any area or local ombudsman entity designated by the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman is deemed a subdivision of the Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman

• Effective date is November 1, 2014
