• Amends 63 O.S. 2011, Section 1-890.2 to clarify the definition of "assisted living center" under the Continuum of Care and Assisted Living Act.

• Adds the word "facility" to the definition of "continuum of care facility" to clarify that these facilities provide nursing facility services and may offer either assisted living center services or adult day care center services (or both).

• Makes clarifying language changes to statutory definitions related to assisted living facilities and the state's health department oversight.
