Amends 59 O.S. 2011, Section 1311.2 to replace references to "this act" with "Section 1301 et seq. of this title" regarding bail bondsman licensing.

Maintains existing provisions that individuals with revoked licenses cannot reapply for one year (or one year from final court order if appealed).

Allows the Insurance Commissioner discretion to authorize reapplication before the one-year period if the licensee meets current requirements and circumstances for revocation no longer exist.

Prohibits licensees from engaging in bail bond business during suspension or revocation period, and allows the Commissioner to suspend other insurance licenses held by the licensee simultaneously.

Effective date is November 1, 2014.
