• Allows retail package stores to sell alcoholic beverages packaged with nonalcoholic promotional items, provided the manufacturer provides all packaging and promotional items at the manufacturer's expense

• Requires manufacturers to make promotional packaging equally available to all retail licensees in Oklahoma based on reasonable supplies and proportional to each retailer's inventory

• Establishes labeling and packaging requirements for individual servings of strong cocktails and shots (6 ounces or less), including mandatory manufacturer labeling of product content and clear description on packages

• Permits manufacturers to package multiple individual cocktail or shot servings into a single unit for sale, provided the manufacturer's packaging clearly describes the multiple servings contained within
