• Changes language from "said report" to "the report" in subsection A for candidates and committees filing late contributions and expenditures reports.

• Maintains existing late filing fee structure: up to $100/day per report ($1,000 cap) for candidates/committees; up to $1,000/day per report ($10,000 cap) for initiative/referendum committees; up to $100/day per statement ($1,000 cap) for financial disclosure statements.

• Effective date: November 1, 2014.
