Amends 26 O.S. 2011, Sections 11-110 and 11-111 regarding judicial election procedures and ballot appearance for judicial candidates

Requires candidates for the same judicial office with different party affiliations to appear only on the General Election ballot, not Primary Elections

Establishes that when multiple candidates file for the same judicial office with the same party affiliation, their names appear on the Primary Election ballot

Creates a runoff primary mechanism where if no candidate receives a majority of votes in the Primary Election, the top two vote-getters advance to the Runoff Primary Election

Repeals 26 O.S. 2011, Sections 11-108, 11-112, and 11-113 regarding candidates for judicial office
