SB 1772 Summary

• Amends 29 O.S. 2011, Section 2-136 to redefine "regulation" related to game and fish matters

• Clarifies that regulations must be promulgated pursuant to Section 250 et seq. of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes (Administrative Procedures Act) rather than just generalized reference to the act

• Applies to instruments that are legislative in nature, of general effect, have statewide application, and are either substantive or procedural

• Effective date: November 1, 2014
