• Amends Section 1-103a.1 of the Oklahoma Statutes to modify the composition of the Infant and Children's Health Advisory Council.

• Adds three new professional positions to the Council: one licensed optometrist with knowledge of vision screening for children, one licensed ophthalmologist with knowledge of treating visual deficiencies in children, and one physician specializing in diagnosis and treatment of childhood injuries in trauma settings.

• Maintains the existing seven-member council structure with appointments distributed among the Governor, Speaker of the House, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and State Board of Health.
