• Amends 43A O.S. 2011, Section 5-507 regarding admission of deprived children to mental health and substance abuse treatment facilities.

• Exempts juveniles in custody of the Office of Juvenile Affairs from the standard admission restrictions that apply to other minors in state agency custody.

• Requires Oklahoma Health Care Authority to arrange and provide necessary health care treatment for juveniles in Office of Juvenile Affairs custody who require medical care.

• Effective date: November 1, 2014.
