Amends the Oklahoma Child Care Facilities Licensing Act definitions in 10 O.S. Section 402

Changes the term "assessment" to "evaluation" in the definition of "foster parent eligibility assessment" to clarify language

Foster parent eligibility assessment includes criminal background investigation, home assessment, and evaluations required by the Department of Human Services, Office of Juvenile Affairs, or child-placing agencies

Effective date is November 1, 2014
