Amends 74 O.S. 2011, Section 2202 relating to the Oklahoma Tourism, Parks and Recreation Enhancement Act

Changes terminology from "Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Commission" and "Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department" to reflect updated naming conventions in the statute

Maintains existing purposes including conserving parkland, operating state lodges and golf courses, promoting tourism, assisting local events, educating the public on Oklahoma history and culture, and providing advisory capacity to state officials

Effective date: November 1, 2014
