• Creates special license plates for the 1-179th Infantry, 2-179th Infantry, Combat Action Ribbon recipients, and Oklahoma Submarine Veterans with specific eligibility requirements and design specifications.

• Adds Frederick Bombers license plate to Section 1135.3, allowing supporters to demonstrate support for the Frederick School District with proceeds designated for the district.
