• Amends 52 O.S. 2011, Section 420.1 to update statutory references for the Oklahoma Liquefied Petroleum Gas Regulation Act.

• Changes the citation from "Chapter 8 of Title 52" to "Sections 420.1 through 420.17 of this title" to clarify the scope of the regulation act.

• Maintains all existing definitions including "Administrator" (State Liquefied Petroleum Gas Administrator), "Board" (Oklahoma Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board), and "LPG/LP-Gas" (liquefied petroleum gases).

• Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval rather than on a delayed effective date.
