SB 1889 Summary

• Updates reference in 62 O.S. 2011, Section 211 to change "state" to "State Treasury" regarding where self-sustaining professional boards must pay their fee collections

• Requires all self-sustaining boards that regulate professions to pay 10% of gross fees collected into the State Treasury (General Revenue Fund)

• Amends Section 213 to clarify penalties for board officials who fail to pay required fees, including removal from office and misdemeanor liability

• Effective November 1, 2013
