Amends Oklahoma Statutes Title 10A, Section 1-2-102, regarding Department of Human Services assessments and investigations of child abuse, neglect, or drug-endangerment reports

Requires DHS to immediately refer cases to law enforcement when alleged abuse or neglect involves a child in Office of Juvenile Affairs custody who was placed in an OJA-operated secure facility at the time of the alleged incident

Clarifies that after making such referrals to law enforcement for children in OJA secure facilities, DHS is not responsible for further investigation

Maintains existing requirements for DHS to conduct full investigations (rather than limited assessments) when families have been subject to a deprived petition or three or more prior referrals
