• Amends Section 9 of the workers' compensation law (85A O.S. Supp. 2013) regarding employee premium contributions to employer insurance plans.

• Changes language from "such purposes" to "these purposes" in the statute prohibiting employers from deducting workers' compensation premium costs from employee wages.

• Maintains the existing prohibition that no valid agreement can require an employee to pay any portion of the premium paid by the employer to a carrier or benefit fund.

• Preserves the existing misdemeanor penalty for employers who violate the prohibition by making deductions from employee pay.
