Amends 59 O.S. 2011, Section 1151.3 of the Roofing Contractor Registration Act to add a specific statutory citation reference (Section 1151 et seq.)

Requires roofing contractors to hold valid registration before engaging in business, bringing legal claims, or maintaining court proceedings related to their roofing contractor activities in Oklahoma

Establishes that operating as a roofing contractor without registration, operating while suspended/revoked, or violating the Act constitutes a misdemeanor punishable by fines up to $500 per violation

Provides that multiple violations within 12 months may result in registration suspension and ineligibility for registration for up to 12 months
