Law enforcement agencies must submit sexual assault evidence to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) forensic laboratory or a designated laboratory within 10 business days of receipt

Sexual assault evidence must be analyzed within 6 months after receipt of all necessary evidence and standards, if sufficient staffing and resources are available

By July 1, 2015, law enforcement agencies must report to OSBI the number of untested sexual assault cases in their custody, and arrange within 180 days to submit all previously collected cases connected to criminal investigations

DNA records uploaded to databases that are confirmed not connected to a criminal investigation must be expunged, with written verification sent to the submitting agency

OSBI must submit a plan to the Governor, Attorney General, and Legislature by January 1, 2016, including a timeline for completion and funding requests needed to analyze submitted cases
