Prohibits law enforcement agencies from using drones to gather evidence in criminal investigations without first obtaining a search warrant, with exceptions for search and rescue operations, locating escaped prisoners, or preventing imminent danger or destruction of evidence

Makes selling, transporting, manufacturing, possessing, or operating any weaponized drone a felony punishable by a $500-$1,000 fine and 1-5 years imprisonment

Makes using a drone to photograph, record, or observe someone where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy a misdemeanor offense

Declares evidence or information obtained in violation of these provisions inadmissible in criminal proceedings, with an effective date of July 1, 2014
