• Amends 57 O.S. 2011, Section 38.1 to update the statutory reference for county jail funding related to disciplinary sanctions.

• Replaces the outdated reference to "the Oklahoma Community Sentencing Act" with the correct statutory citation "Section 988.1 et seq. of Title 22 of the Oklahoma Statutes."

• Maintains the state funding requirement of $24.00 per day per person imprisoned for county jail incarceration used for disciplinary sanctions for eligible felony offenders in jurisdictions operating a local community sentencing system.

• Effective date: November 1, 2014.
