• Amends 57 O.S. 2011, Section 38.1 regarding reimbursement for county jail incarceration of eligible felony offenders in local community sentencing programs

• Updates statutory reference from "the Oklahoma Community Sentencing Act" to "Section 988.1 et seq. of Title 22 of the Oklahoma Statutes"

• Maintains state funding rate of $24.00 per day per person imprisoned for disciplinary sanctions for eligible felony offenders

• Applies only to jurisdictions where local community sentencing systems are receiving state funds

• Effective date: November 1, 2014
