Amends 10A O.S. 2011, Section 1-4-814 regarding modification of child custody decrees and orders

Replaces outdated reference to "the provisions of the Oklahoma Children's Code" with specific statutory citation "Section 1-1-101 et seq. of this title"

Maintains existing law allowing courts to modify child custody decrees at any time, except that orders terminating parental rights cannot be modified

Effective November 1, 2014
