SB2099 Summary

• Amends 21 O.S. 2011, Section 1835.2 to add registered land surveyors and registered professional engineers to exemptions from trespass laws while performing professional services

• Transfers these professionals from the category of persons who "may enter" private land "unless forbidden" to the category of those explicitly permitted to enter without prior permission for land surveying purposes

• Maintains all existing trespass penalties for unauthorized entry onto private land devoted to farming, ranching, or forestry purposes

• Effective November 1, 2014
