Transfers $10,000,000 from the Oklahoma Court Information System Revolving Fund (200 Fund) to the Supreme Court Administrative Revolving Fund for fiscal year ending June 30, 2015

The Office of Management and Enterprise Services must execute the transfer at the request of the Administrative Director of the Courts

Funds may be used for expenditures the Administrative Director of the Courts, with Chief Justice approval, deems appropriate or necessary, including appellate and district court expenditures

Effective date is July 1, 2014, with an emergency clause for immediate implementation upon passage and approval
