SB 2136 Summary

• Oklahoma Water Resources Board shall transfer $1,538,521.00 from funds appropriated in Enrolled Senate Bill No. 2127 of the 2nd Session of the 54th Oklahoma Legislature to the Rural Economic Action Plan Water Projects Fund created by Section 2002.1 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

• The transferred funds are to be expended in accordance with law.

• The act becomes effective July 1, 2014.

• An emergency is declared for immediate effectiveness of the act upon passage and approval.
