• Amends 22 O.S. 2011, Section 471.9 regarding drug court program completion and case disposition procedures.

• Successful completion of drug court results in case dismissal for first felony offenses, or disposition as specified in plea agreement for offenders with prior convictions.

• Drug court case files are sealed after program completion and may be destroyed after 10 years, with district attorney access preserved.

• Makes driver license and driving privilege denial discretionary (rather than mandatory) upon drug court completion, leaving final decision to the court.

• Effective November 1, 2013.
