Insurers must ensure posted policies are easily accessible, allow insureds to print and save electronic copies, and maintain archives for five years after policy expiration.

Insurers must provide notice at policy issuance and renewal of a method for insureds to obtain paper or electronic copies of their specific policies and endorsements at no charge.

Declaration pages must clearly identify which policy and endorsement forms were purchased by the insured, and insurers must notify insureds of any form changes and their right to free copies.
