Recognizes Yvonne Huser, who was given the title "Princess Pale Moon" by Chief William A. Durant and the Choctaw Nation Council in 1940, for her lifetime of service representing the Choctaw Nation at ceremonies, pow-wows, festivals and parades throughout Oklahoma.

Honors her founding and leadership of Holdenville Inter-Tribal Arts and Crafts and the Holdenville Society of Painters and Sculptors, which promoted and marketed Native American art and artists.

Acknowledges her decades-long career as a painter and sculptor with a full-time studio and gallery in Holdenville, including award-winning works at Red Earth and the Choctaw National Annual Art Show, with pieces in private collections and the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian.

Notes her receipt of the Governor's Art Award for Community Service in 2004 and her historical significance, including an iconic postcard image now displayed at the State Capitol.

Directs that copies of the resolution be distributed to Yvonne Huser and her daughters Dorya Huser, Michele Adriance, and Heather Smith.
