Extends the sunset date for the Oklahoma State Athletic Commission from July 1, 2015 to July 1, 2019 under the Oklahoma Sunset Law.

Maintains the Commission composition of nine members appointed by the Governor with Senate approval, serving three-year terms expiring on June 30.

Requires Commission members to include two professional combative sports practitioners, one professional wrestler, one sports medicine professional, one cable television industry representative, and four public lay members.

Prohibits Commission members and their relatives within the third degree from promoting, sponsoring, or having financial interests in professional combative sports or amateur mixed martial arts events.

Members serve without compensation but receive expense reimbursement, must comply with Oklahoma Open Meeting and Records Acts, and must be bonded.
