Re-creates the Polygraph Examiners Board to continue until July 1, 2019, under the Oklahoma Sunset Law (extended from the previous termination date of July 1, 2015).

Board shall consist of five members who are U.S. citizens, state residents for at least 2 years, and active polygraph examiners with at least 2 consecutive years of experience prior to appointment.

Requires at least two members from governmental law enforcement agencies and at least two from the commercial polygraph field, with no more than two members from the same congressional district and no two members employed by the same person or agency.

Board members are appointed by the Governor with Senate approval for 6-year terms and receive no compensation except as authorized by the Polygraph Examiners Act.

Majority vote of Board members is required for passage of business, with members electing a chair, vice-chair, and secretary from among themselves.
