Re-creates the State Board of Osteopathic Examiners with a termination date of July 1, 2019 (extended from July 1, 2015) under the Oklahoma Sunset Law.

Board consists of 8 examiners appointed by the Governor, including 2 lay persons and 6 licensed osteopathic physicians with at least 5 years of practice experience.

Osteopathic physician examiners appointed from lists of at least 6 names submitted annually by the Oklahoma Osteopathic Association.

Board members serve 7-year terms and receive daily per diem rates for state employees plus travel reimbursement for meetings more than 50 miles away.

Board has authority to adopt rules for enforcement of the Oklahoma Osteopathic Medicine Act.
