Extends the sunset date for the Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners from July 1, 2015 to July 1, 2019 under the Oklahoma Sunset Law

Board composition consists of five licensed podiatric physicians and one lay member appointed by the Governor to regulate podiatric medicine practice in the state

Podiatric physician members must be Oklahoma residents, have practiced continuously for three years prior to appointment, maintain good standing with professional associations, and be free from disciplinary action

Lay member must be a state resident, cannot be a healthcare practitioner or related to one within the third degree, and participates only in complaint review and rule formulation

Members serve five-year terms with specified removal grounds including loss of qualifications, felony conviction, mental incompetence, violation of the Podiatric Medicine Practice Act, or failure to attend three consecutive Board meetings without just cause
