Amends Oklahoma Statute 43 O.S. 2011, Section 118E to clarify parenting time adjustments for child support calculations.

Parenting time adjustment requires noncustodial parent to have at least 121 overnights per 12-month period; for multiple children, an annual average of parenting time is calculated.

Establishes tiered reduction formula based on overnights: factor of 2 for 121-131 overnights, 1.75 for 132-143 overnights, and 1.5 for 144+ overnights applied to base combined child support obligation.

Prohibits parents with more than 205 overnights from paying child support and caps child support amounts at no more than what would be owed without the parenting time adjustment.

Failure to exercise ordered overnights constitutes material change of circumstances; court may establish underpaid child support as judgment or deny adjustment for next 12-month period; effective November 1, 2015.
