• Requires sex offenders subject to DNA testing during registration to pay a $15.00 fee to the Department of Corrections, with collected fees deposited into a revolving account.

• Establishes a $25.00 registration fee for sex offenders every time they register or report a change of address to local law enforcement, with fees used exclusively for sex offender management programs.

• Exempts the first six (6) months following initial registration from the $25.00 fee requirement.

• Allows the Department of Corrections to charge Internet entities a fee for access to sex offender information needed to screen or remove offenders from their services.

• Becomes effective November 1, 2015.
