Establishes and maintains a centralized information system within the Department of Human Services for all reports of child abuse, sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, and neglect under the Oklahoma Children's Code.

The Children and Family Services Division shall maintain a cross-indexed system containing written reports, final disposition records with services offered and accepted, rehabilitative treatment plans, and other relevant information.

Data and information in the registry shall remain confidential and be made available only as authorized by state or federal law, with release restrictions governed by Chapter VI of the Oklahoma Children's Code.

The Commission for Human Services shall promulgate rules governing data availability and encourage interstate cooperation to establish a national registration system.

The act becomes effective November 1, 2015.
